Services

We’re here to support you
wherever you may need it.

In-Home Services

In home services consist of 1:1 therapy in the comfort of the child’s home. After the initial assessment is complete, a behavior program will be tailored to your child’s individual needs.

What to expect?

Aside from a lot of fun, in-home 1:1 sessions take advantage of the setting by targeting challenges in a naturalistic setting, while also included table top work. We focus on reducing problem behaviors observed, while increasing compliance, communication, daily living skills and social skills.

Just a handful of skills we target include: in-seat behavior, potty training, functional communication, imitation, positive interactions with siblings, feeding, etc.

Most importantly, we will work TOGETHER to achieve your child’s goals through communication, collaboration and regular re-assessments.

School Collaboration

Aside from working with children in home, we also extend services to the school setting. We collaborate with school staff through trainings, offering curriculum modifications, and facilitate naturalistic social opportunities with peers.

We are also available as support during Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings to provide information, feedback and suggestions to get the best possible educational experience for your child so they can learn and thrive.

Community Outings

Wherever your child is engaging in behaviors, we follow! Services are not limited to the home and/or school. Generalization is an important part of the process, and we want to assure that your child is ready to tackle his or her world! Moving their skills into the community provides a fun and natural way to practice everything they have learned.

Community outings include, but are by no means limited to: grocery stores, parks, movie theaters, shopping centers, etc.

Parent Training

Parent training is possibly the most important component of success when it comes to ABA. Your involvement as parents is paramount to progress! Trainings are flexible, especially during this difficult time, and can be accommodated to fit your needs through telehealth or in-person. However, they are not optional.

We love to have you part of our sessions and will suggest it often! It is our goal to work with you, as a family, to better understand ABA principles and learn how to apply them effectively to help your child.

Consistency is key, and we will give you the tools to provide it especially when we are not present!

Social Skills Group

We are happy to announce that social skills groups are now being offered! These groups are comprised of children of similar age and functioning level and are run by a BCBA bi-weekly to address social skills, such as taking turns, tolerating losing, initiating and maintaining conversations, and appropriate listening, amongst other important areas to help children have fulfilling and positive relationships.

Please contact us to see if one of our groups would be a good fit for your child.

Let’s find some magic together.
